Famous stars and other celebrities practice and thousands or even millions of people are also <b >yoga exercises</b> in one way or another. But, despite this popularity, <b >yoga</b> is still misunderstood. Many people think that <b >yoga</b> is primarily a physical activity, something that can put their body in shape. It is true that <b >yoga</b> has an important role in the gamephysical realm, <b >yoga</b> is much more than that. </p>
<p> <b >Yoga</b> is in its deepest sense, the science of human perfection. This is the way a person can reach its full potential: physically, mentally and spiritually. </p>
<p> The perfection of man? This is a big task. It did not come with a few lines on his thigh. <b >Yoga</b> In its external practices and exercises, is the true basis for a correct application. The correct application is to live a life that will put youin harmony with the surrounding community and with our own inner selves. </p>
<p> When I started practicing <b >yoga,</b> I told my friends. He was interested and wanted to get started. I was a teacher at this time, so I recommend a book. He looked at me and said with gravity, &quot;How do I steal!&quot; </p>

A better definitionis given by Shrii Shrii Anandamurti &quot;the action of the mind and the proper use of words with the spirit of wellness.&quot; What they think or say, we should do with the spirit of helping others. Thus, a good two-word definition might be &quot;the truth of discrimination.&quot; </p>
<p> <b>3. &quot;Asteya steal&quot; is not:.</b> We must not take possession of something that is owned byother. We must not think of stealing something, and we should refrain from others what has been omitted. </p>
<p> <b>4. &quot;Brahmacarya&quot;</b> literally means &quot;) to remain connected to Brahma (the Supreme Consciousness. The idea behind this practice is that all living and non living beings to be treated as an expression of God </p>

<p> These are the five parts of Yama. </p>
<p> Just as there are five aspects yama is also niyama five principles together. Practice these five, and if you want to achieve internal harmony. In short, they are: </p>
<p> <b>1. &quot;Shaoca&quot;</b> (pronounced Sha-o-cha) means cleanliness and purity. Keep the environment clean and your thoughts pure. The old adage says, &quot;Cleanliness is next toPunishment from God &quot;, and it is true. </p>
<p> <b>2. &quot;Santosha&quot;</b> is the satisfaction in mind. Hard work, can at best, and then with what you have achieved. </p>
<p> <b>3. &quot;Tapah&quot;</b> the practice of penance, in order to achieve the goal. Do not suffer on behalf of suffering. Rather, he looks around and find people with problems. Take some &#39;burden of others and helps not only society, but your soul will be purified. </p>

This could include physical, mental or training mental or moral perfection. The distinction between different forms of <b >yoga,</b> though all are practiced in different ways, not so much the format to use, but the source you want to change or perfect.
