We see our <b >yoga practice</b> off the mat and bring it into practical applications for daily life, and two common problems to solve. </p>
<p> Anticipation: This is a wonderful human quality, based on planningFuture. But you have to enjoy life now. It &#39;good to have plans for the future, but never forget to enjoy this day. In search of a long-term goal, it is easy for people who forget to love us. Enjoy your friends and family every day &#8211; as if it were your last day on earth. </p>
<p> During <b >a yoga teacher training,</b> some trainees, thus determined at the end of their work then realize how fortunate they missed. It &#39;nice to focus, but wewe come to inner peace, if once. A strong work ethic is a fantastic quality, but people are not designed to be unidimensional. </p>
<p> How do you balance work and play? This is an old issue, but the key word is &quot;balance.&quot; We must remain moderate in all aspects of life. Work too hard and you&#39;re down. Play too much and guide you through the world. The answer is a modest lifestyle and you get the best of bothWorlds. </p>
<p> Procrastination: This quality is often associated with laziness. We can see at work, use more often. It &#39;a way to get from friends and the world a smaller place for us. Who wants to defend workers &#39;cooperation&#39;, the completion of tasks presented? Who wants the additional burden of extra work to ensure that a person who has not finished its work? </p>
<p> On a personal note: How often do you hear someone say, &quot;I <b >practice yoga after</b> removing 50 kg?&quot; OtherWords, this person would never practice any form of <b >yoga,</b> but you can clearly see that <b >the practice of yoga</b> would be the life or help her. You can have a relationship with this person for life, but it is difficult to see someone put everything, including the time we each have to invest in maintaining the quality of our health. </p>

Yes, there is, and it requires clear thinking in a constructive course for the next day to be determined. Let&#39;s take a closer look at <b >Yoga&#39;s</b> approach <b >to</b> life every day. </p>
<p> Have you ever been to stimulate a weak today? For some people this is a continuous cycle of life. It could be your mind&quot;jump start&quot; of caffeine, but they have a clear plan for the day or their life. Take two constructive steps for the clarity of mind. </p>
<p> One way to plan most of the morning to the evening before. Many of us stay late and fall asleep from exhaustion. While this is very effective, it has a tendency to make us sleep with a deficit. Lack of sleep leaves us in a climate foggy in the morning and throughout life. </p>
<p> 1. Write a list of projectsThe next day and try to sort them by time line. </p>
<p> Writing a &quot;To Do List&quot; to organize the night before, we have the next day, but we also let our mind its role in the night. Sleep, no rest, but the mind. Write down your tasks before time and leaving them in a place where we will find tomorrow, we have the mind the wheels in motion. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> When you leave the <b >yoga class,</b> you will leave the real world. Maybe someone says something rude, you cut off the street, or hear someone use your good character. It is only human to feel the need for punishment, if injustice has been done for you, but at what cost to you? </p>

<p> Affirmative action is much more effective than talking about it. We did not wantForgive the ability to perform acts of kindness, tolerance, or show mercy. Everything we do is to put these principles into practice &#8211; every day. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I read an article in a magazine of yoga today, and this has caused some &quot;ah-ah, on some topics of yoga, I was struggling with. And in my practice today, not only have I found a way to my hips should be aligned, but I returned with a sense of strength and body balance, I thought I had lost.<br />
 How about a little &#39;history, I used to do yoga regularly &#8211; 2 lessons a day, sometimes more (though I&#39;ve never been able to survive the night, my body-Late, late morning to make programming classes very soon!). I was very fit, very flexible and extremely dedicated. I want to work on the asanas at home, and many of my friends have been so dedicated. Then little by little away from these two friends, and yoga-centered lifestyle.<br />
 When I took up yoga again, was as strong as a beginner. I lost this basic strength I once had, my flexibility had gone AWOL (absent without leave, to retain a military word!), I could not do much exposure I once did so easily. Yet I still remember that I can do! It &#39;was very frustrating, to say the least. I found myself really trying to make the &quot;complete&quot; installation, although I realize now that the plane was in my body was out of alignment.<br />
 But the turning point for me has started in some way, abandoning any sequence to put what I learned. I used to be strongly in Ashtanga yoga, which has a strict sequence of poses. It starts with a warm &quot;-up pose, as Suryanamaskar (the salute to the sun), and then move to standing poses, as Padangusthasana (Fingers Foot Forward Bend), hastasana Updated (Standing Forward Bend another), Trikonasana (Extended Triangle pose), and others.<br />
 My problem revolves around the fact that between &#39;then&#39; (when I was flexible), and &#39;now&#39;, I had broken my ankle in 3 places, had surgery on him, and managed to twist my hip when I broke my ankle. Although it is 3 years since the recovery of this injury, parts of my feet just were not very strong, and had difficulty balancing accordingly. Besides being steep, the parts of my body was almost numb. Not the kind of numb when there is nerve damage. But the kind of NUMB as a result of energy (and blood) to flow freely. If you already have &quot;parties&quot; rediscovery of the body, from any type of exercise that was consciously in contact with the body parts being used, you know what I mean.<br />
 This sense of reconnection is very powerful. And given how often we go about things a bit &#39;distracted, or maybe just think worrying all the time &#8211; the past, the future, the grocery store. . . does not take damage in order to feel really detached from the body. Because yoga is the breath and consciousness within the movement, is a great way to literally &quot;find&quot; yourself.<br />
 I found however, that begin to move back into the strength that I realized that I had, I had to pick up where I was. This meant choosing some places to begin to build strength and flexibility, which were not in the same sequence. I had the advantage because I had a lot of yoga, and then had a series of experiences to draw on. But for all the beginners, to find a good beginners class with a teacher to understand, is a good starting point. From there, maybe talk to the teacher, who may be able to advise on what to focus. Or a book some private lessons to get a custom program, you can work at home.<br />
 Work for yoga at home is important, even if you did it for 15 minutes or half an hour a day. Because I felt exhausted, I left upright posture alone. I made sure to warm up, yoga poses using widespread Oki knew, and then concentrated on opening hips and strengthening the abdominals and some basic resistance. And I did all lying on my bed futon!  One thing I found was essential to make reasonable progress is what I consider doing yoga from within.
