			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> I remember how I felt intimidated for the first time one of my friends invited me to take <b >a yoga</b> class with her. It was all so mysterious to me. I was sure it would be ridiculous to me to try a variety of shapes and configurations. My ego and I imagined all sorts of ridiculous scenarios. As a personality a bit &#39;timid, afraid I would commit a terrible faux pas, and stick like a sore thumb, or offend anyone. I had no idea what was expected, what they can expectfrom me, or what the proper etiquette took <b >a yoga class.</b> Reflecting the uncertainty that I had, it&#39;s a miracle that I ever did through the door to my first class. Fortunately, I have. Many years ago, and had many <b >yoga classes.</b> Over time, <b >various yoga teacher,</b> I really love <b >yoga</b> and wanted to share with everyone he could. I became a certified <b >yoga instructor</b> and opened my office staff, Light on <b >Yoga,</b>2000 </p>
<p> <b >Yoga</b> is a wonderful practice, unlike any other fitness program I have ever tried.
