Opening your heart with Yoga
If you attended, or attend a yoga class, could be heard, "Lead with the heart center" (or something similar). The heart center in yoga refers to the heart chakra. The heart chakra is the 4th of the 7 chakra energy centers (or) in the body. These centers are often used as reference points in yoga, Chinese medicine, Thai massage and other traditional methods of treatment.
We refer to the area of the body in and around the heart and lungs, evenShoulders, upper back and chest. This area is known as the domain of human intimacy – and the love associated with the recognition given the commitment, understanding, acceptance, peach, harmony, contentment, compassion and relationships. I feel the most important thing is the love of self, we can not love and care for others if we do the same thing for us before!
The best thing to do we open the heart chakra, which increases blood flow to the heart, lungs and the rest ofbody. Again, this can give us a better posture, increased lung capacity, turnover and 'increased, so we feel better and make it possible to pass these great feelings to others.
A simple way to open the heart chakra is an expansion of the chest:
1.) Start in a neutral position or standing place in the mountains
