Yoga in Practice – Putting Revenge Apartment

When you leave the yoga class, you will leave the real world. Maybe someone says something rude, you cut off the street, or hear someone use your good character. It is only human to feel the need for punishment, if injustice has been done for you, but at what cost to you?
