Flexibility can be well defined as the ability of joints or body parts to move around a full range of motion. Flexibility plays an important role in our lives we need in our daily activities, such as, bending etc. It helps keep our muscles moving. Flexibility, however, decreases with age and is therefore very important to include flexibility exercises in your workout everyday. It 'important to understand that flexibility and stretching are two different things. Stretching is used to improve flexibility and only a flexible body capable of covering large areas.
Flexibility can be achieved by means such as flexibility exercises or yoga stretching exercises. Stretching to contribute to the achievement of flexibility, but most of the exercises that we all know are jerks and rapid movements which can sometimes cause tension, fatigue and damage to tissues, joints, so the possibility of muscle aches and injuries are frequent. Stretching does not contain any sudden movements, but are very gradual movements.
Although almost all types of works to exercise greater flexibility, but most forms of flexibility is too nominal to be considered. Yoga, stretching is more effective to increase the flexibility of the body. Even most of the exercises that work only on a physical level whereas yoga stretching is something that works both physically and mentally.
